Buyer reviewDuring the most heated of peaks of the housing market, we learned from our landlord that he was considering selling the house that we had rented for many years. This threw our world into a tailspin. So when we contacted Elsa, the goal was clear but far from simple: find us a house in Los Angeles in the next six weeks. As first time buyers with not a lot of disposable income for a down payment to be competitive in this market, it was intimidating and seemed impossible. (One broker told us straight up that if we don't have over $100,000 for a down payment, it is not worth looking.) But Elsa-with over 40 years of experience in the greater Los Angeles housing market-and her team got it done.
