Seller reviewReferred by a friend of my mothers. Met with broker and immediately felt comfortable with recommendations and research they had done to prepare for meeting. As we were out of state Ruthie and Ken were extremely helpful and went over and above to keep things going for us. Arranging inspections and repairs required. They were in constant contact with us as to what was happening with the sale. We could contact them anytime with questions and concerns and they were quick to respond. Great experience with Ruthie and Ken. Couldn't ask for better service!

We were able to complete all of the paperwork remotely which was a huge help. Overall, Ruthie and Ken were very responsive. They answered all of our questions, gave timely updates, and provided the guidance needed to complete the sale. We were very comfortable dealing with them and would highly recommend their office.
