Buyer reviewDan Thielges is an excellent realtor. Throughout the process, both my husband and I would comment to each other that we were so glad we found him. My husband and I had different priorities, and Dan was great at balancing them. He was very patient, knowledgeable, always punctual, great at communication, and put us at ease when we were feeling stressed. It took us a while to find the right house, and Dan never made it seem like a problem. He worked so hard for us, and we are so appreciative. To put it simply, Dan Thielges is a great guy and a great realtor. We highly recommend him.

He is very knowledgeable in the business and ultimately got us our new home that we love. Dan is very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever we reached out to Dan he would always answer in a timely manner whether it was by phone, text, or email. Dan made the process very easy for us. As first time home buyers, we didn't know the ropes, and Dan made it easier on us with what we had to do next and throughout the whole process. I thought the Century 21 Atwood Realty company was very professional and was able to help when I needed it. I also got the opportunity to check out their new remodel, and it looks really nice. Seller reviewDan has done a great job for me both on the buy side and selling side. He has a great sense of property value . On the buy side he knows how to negotiate the price to put me in a profitable situation . He understands repair costs and can see the value of the house after the repairs have been made. So when I buy he knows what I should pay plus how much repair cost and value of property when fixed. On the sell side he has a great client base and knows how to negotiate for me. Thanks Dan

Buyer reviewDan had a straight forward approach which we appreciated. Dan let the houses sell themselves. He did did a great job showing us many unique homes and had excellent patience with us through the process.

Buyer reviewDan spent a lot of time answering all of my questions/concerns about whether it was by email, text or phone call. I really felt he understood my needs and had my best interest heart . I never felt like he was rushing me or trying to influence my decision at any point. Dan has helped me with two property purchases in Mankato, and if I buy another one or decide to sell, he will be the first person I call.
