big city of Chicago and received a bachelor's degree in theatre. Kelsey's passion for her family

doing DIY projects in her garage, spending time with loved ones, and working for the family
business, Zinniel Utility Contracting, as the office manager. Kelsey always strives to help others,

Kelsey went, in my opinion, above and beyond to make the house more marketable and negotiated with the buyer as soon as we had discussed our counteroffer and achieved the results I desired. She was reasonable, fair and took everything into consideration in order to give myself and the buyer realistic expectations. Kelsey always kept me updated on showing and feedback. I always felt like I was in the know as to who and how often the house was being shown. Kelsey made selling my home much easier than I thought going in with no knowledge of putting a home up for sale. She was attentive and made the entire process smooth and I felt confident when the offer came in that I was getting a very fair price. That peace of mind was due to Kelsey and her professionalism.

The list of inspectors was key. As someone who isn't from town and hasn't lived here long plus is buying their first ever home, the resources available & provided by Ms. Kelsey & Century 21 made this experience less stressful. She's amazing. I would highly recommend her as well as look to her again if I were to purchase another home.
