Chris Mattila is very knowledgeable and so helpful answering our questions We had put the house up for sale in 2022. We had a buyer but they backed out 1 week before closing. Chris did her best to get the ernest money for us. This year we had Chris put the house on the market and once again Chris did her best. She gave us sound advice. We're very happy with Chris.
