She and Connie both were a good fit personality wise. Erin was always available to answer questions and was always positive and upbeat. Just an easy going personality who knew what she was talking about. We were very pleased with the whole process. We also dealt a little with Connie who along with Erin took the time to sit down and meet with us and see how things were going. Connie is also a wonderful agent to deal with.
