Our experience with Wayne Schuett and CENTURY 21 Atwood facilitated this process in a manner that kept it all as uncomplicated and painless as we could imagine. Wayne Schuett is a gem. He was always available to answer questions or find answers if he didn't have them immediately available. He anticipated issues that could arise and offered services far beyond what I would have expected a realtor to provide. Our situation was complicated by the fact that my other closest brother and I both live more than 200 miles away, and Wayne went out of his way to work to assist us to keep the distance factor from being so prohibitive to our efforts to prepare the house for market. We were more than fortunate to have Wayne as our realtor. If the highest rating for a realtor's services is a 10, Wayne's would be a 12.

Wayne was amazing during this whole home buying process. He was cool and collected whenever we had a "Bump" in the road and was a great advocate and resource for us!
