    This was an extremely emotional transaction for me and my family since the home was my mother's prior to her passing. Al addressed all of my concerns delicately and professionally and never hesitated to communicate with my family whenever there were questions. Al helped us navigate the waters of dealing with estate sales companies, assisted with the estate sale, helped me wrap, pack, and ship the treasures the family wanted to keep, and worked on a very long list of handyman repairs to improve mom's home. He held all-day open houses on various days of the week including weekdays and weekends. I was impressed to see how much marketing materials Al has, including a huge truckload of sturdy colorful Century 21 signs that he placed on several streets in the surrounding neighborhoods. Al works days, nights, weekends, and was generally available to help us throughout this transaction any time we needed him. Our family would recommend Al to anyone in need of a great agent. Unfortunately since mom's home is located in a 55-and-up community, the average buyer was different than in a traditional market. We learned along the way that these communities don't sell as quickly as homes in ordinary neighborhoods. We started out a little too high price-wise but Al followed the activity in the community very closely and researched all applicable comps to help us figure out a more realistic list price that better suited mom's home.
