Being new to the housing market here in San Diego it was comforting to have someone that you knew had your back and your best interest always in mind. Angela stuck with us for OVER a year of this house buying process...Yes thats right it took over a year in this crazy San Diego California housing market to finally get submit a winning offer. Angela stuck with us throughout the entire process. Her ability to explain things to us that were strickly a California thing was incredible and very much needed. Angela made suggestions for offers that were creative and showed her ability to think "outside the box". We were very close on multiple offers because of this creativeness. Angela was available for our calls always day and night and she always responded in a timely fashion...sort of made us feel like she was our personal agent or we were her only clients even though we knew we were not...lol. Angela was with us for so long it felt like she had become a member of our family...It was very comforting to have Angela on our team. Without hesitation I would recommend Angela to any and everyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home.

Buyer reviewBuying a first home is an exciting but scary endeavor. Angela erased all of my anxieties with her warm and professional manner. She was amazingly patient and informative through every step of the buying process. Angela's depth of knowledge of the various San Diego neighborhoods and of the current market really made finding my new home feel almost effortless on my part. She answered all of my questions honestly and took any doubts I had about a property seriously. She listened to everything I said and then applied what she learned into helping me drill down into what I really wanted. Angela's key to success is timely and open communication. When Angela says she is going to do something, she delivers. She kept me informed every step of the way and turned around paperwork in a flash. I feel Angela was truly invested in finding me the perfect home. Best of all, she did! I love my new home and can't thank Angela enough. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her!

Seller reviewAngela Hilliard is a first rate professional. She ended an 8 year nightmare of trying to sell a 100 acre piece of raw land that my family owned..... She accomplished this in 3 weeks where another local broker tried unsuccessfully for 8 years. Her strengths are her professionalism, attention to detail, superior knowledge base of Real Estate transactions, ability to anticipate problems and willingness to go the extra mile to make things happen. Her marketing skills are impeccable. She is full of ideas and flexible in her thinking. Angela was also able to work through some complicated title issues involving my property. This required her to work with the County of San Diego to make my property sellable. Previous brokers were never able to find a solution to these impediments. I was so fortunate to have been referred to her. I give her my highest recommendation. Anyone selling a home, land, or any other property in the San Diego area needs to reach out to her FIRST !!!!! I can't state this any more clearly … In my opinion, she is the finest agent I have ever worked with. I have worked with about 15 agents over the years in California..
