Bobby Edelson has the all the attributes that you would want in an amazing realtor: very, very knowledgeable & talented, savvy business sense, outstanding communication, positivity, tact, and professionalism. Beyond that, he is a deeply kind human being. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My husband and I have bought and sold over 14 properties over many years and have worked with many realtors. We had the great fortune to work with Bobby on two of them. He helped us to sell our home in Poway several years ago. We sold it for well more than we expected, and that transaction was a wonderful, drama-free experience with Bobby. Very recently Bobby took on a herculean task, to sell my mother's Rancho Bernardo home, which was held in a trust. Bobby is extremely active in the community as well as living here. At one point, Bobby was on his knees cleaning messes on the wood floor caused by the Estate Sale people. After dark, with Mark, Bobby certainly earned whatever commission he received for the sale. When we commissioned BOBBY for this sale we considered him a friend. Nothing has happened to alter that perception. This could have been a simple process but immediately after listing the house, the husband went into the hospital with pneumonia, leaving all the many necessary functions to be performed by the wife and Bobby.
