Buyer reviewWe were originally referred to Laura Ventura by a friend. She helped us find a rental property by the beach in San Clemente to stay after we had sold our home in Orange. We wanted to rent until we could find our forever home in south county. Laura understood our needs and patiently navigated us through a very unusual time in the real estate market. Whenever we expressed our frustration with the market selection, Laura remained positive and certain we would find our home. She ended up showing us a neighborhood we had not considered before and we got our home. It took a year and a half, but during that time Laura explained the various neighborhoods and characteristics and got us a home that fit our budget and lifestyle. Laura is low key (essential to us), friendly, responsive and positive. We can't recommend her highly enough.
