Seller reviewWhen I first started looking for a home 3 years ago I met with a few agents and they made me feel like I was wasting their time after a few showings even though buying a home is the largest purchase most people make. A friend at work knew Cindy Selway and put us together. I always felt like Cindy wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase and she was always willing to show me a home new to the market. At purchasing my home Cindy made sure everything was put together and the process went very well. She negotiated for some repairs on the short sale I bought, which I do not think another agent could have accomplished. So when I wanted to sell my other house I immediately talked to Cindy Selway because I knew that she would take care of everything and I would not have to worry about anything. She always has time for questions and updates you on the process in a timely manner. My house was staged, photographed, up on the web site and an open house scheduled in a week. My house had multiple offers in a few days and I closed 1 month after going on the market. What a perfect experience! I would never consider buying or selling a home with anyone else.
