Seller reviewEliot Rachman did great work for us when we bought our home in Oceanside seven years ago and again when we sold it in December. First, he was always available to consult with us about the real estate market and home improvement. Even in the dark days of the pandemic Eliot was willing to sit in in our back yard and discuss contractors, Zillow estimates, bathroom remodels and so on. Then when it was time to sell, Eliot worked hard to get our home onto the market and sold quickly -- just over a month from listing to closing, despite some unexpected obstacles and it being the "slow" season. Throughout the process Eliot answered every phone call and responded to every text message immediately or close to it. And we're very happy with the sale price, which was above asking and the above the long-discussed Zillow estimate.
