Jennifer Falconer is a Real Estate Broker who has been assisting her clients in selling and buying residential real estate for over 17 years. Jennifer spent much of her early life in Irvine, graduating from University High School. She then graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Business. Jennifer also graduated as valedictorian from Western State University College of Law, earning a J.D. After passing the California Bar exam she practiced law before beginning her exciting career in residential real estate. Jennifer has been proudly serving our Military, their Family and Friends with all their real estate needs since 2000. Once again, having helped us with a purchase of a property in March, Jennifer surprised us by selling our 2-BR condo miraculously within 3 days of listing in April. I never thought that such a swift sale would be possible in view of the fact that at the time there were so many competing units for sale starting from late 2022. The entire transaction was handled in a exceptional smooth manner from start to finish right on time. Jennifer Falcone is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with anywhere, a true professional by any measure. She has a tremendous depth of experience, impeccable reputation and track record. He legal background is also a factor that led me to go with her in my recent purchase transaction as well as the planned sale of my existing condo in the near future. She is also a superb muti-tasker who kept me informed ever step of the way despite her constantly busy schedule. Her communication skill is outstanding. Most importantly, she cares about her customers. Add all of these traits to her genuinely fine personality, you have someone you'd like to work with.

I found Jennifer through a Zillow posting, and had a wonderful experience. As a first time home buyer, I was anxious throughout the entire process. She responded to all my questions via email and text within minutes (day and night), always followed up with additional/necessary information when as promised, and showed up to all our appointments on time. This made everything significantly easier, and I would definitely use her again.
