Karen's patience and knowledge know no depths! I'm sure at times she had to be frustrated with everything going on, but she never showed it. She was so flexible and willing to do whatever we wanted. She made herself so available. We called and texted after hours and met with such a pleasant demeanor! They are very responsive to requests for information, responding almost immediately with an answer or when they would have the information. They also made themselves available to search for homes at times that worked for us, even when we called them with pretty short notice to see something. They went above and beyond in helping us find our home and stand out to the seller in a multiple offer situation. They even wrote a letter on our behalf describing our family for the seller. I know that the letter, combined with the professional offer they helped us assemble made all the difference to the seller and helped us get the house we wanted.
