Seller reviewKelly Galvin was recommended to me by an acquaintance in San Clemente. We interviewed Kelly as well as three other top brokers in the area. Being out of town and selling during the pandemic meant that we were going to rely heavily on our broker for non-core brokerage activities. Kelly let us know this would be no problem. And it wasn't. Kelly recommended and oversaw some paint work, coordinated the staging, produced together great marketing materials, attended every showing, and was very effective in leading the negotiations. I have a great deal of brokerage experience and my expectations are high. Kelly Galvin exceeded them in every category. My sister and I highly recommend Kelly and her team.

Buyer reviewOur new home is the second beach front property that Kelly helped us find and purchase. We would never consider using any other realtor in Southern California. We live in Arizona and she handled all the details for us. She turned what could have have been a difficult transaction, particularly given the distance and COVID, into a pleasant, stress free and easy experience. Kelly is very organized, stays on top of all the details, always accessible, keeps you informed and is 100% trust worthy and honest. She is straight forward, extremely knowledgeable and gives excellent practical advice. Although Kelly has a pleasant, easy going demeanor, she can be very firm in protecting her customer's interest. For Kelly, her customers come first. She is the best!

Buyer reviewKelly had helped a family friend (The Dunnicliffe's) with a re-location move. They raved of her great service and knowledge of the real estate process and the area of San Clemente. She was available at any time to answer all of our questions. Being new 1st time home buyers we were nervous and very inexperienced in the world of real estate. Kelly was very informative and held our hands through the whole process. She explained everything step by step and made us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable time. The whole team was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the whole process.

Seller reviewWe had multiple buyers and chose a buyer that came with complications. Kelly explained everything in detail so we were very aware that the closing could take time. It did, but it didn't seem that complicated. Kelly was on top of everything, kept us well informed, anticipated questions we might have, and worked with the buyers and their representative so everyone was comfortable. The transparency in this transaction by all parties was impressive. We think Kelly had a lot to do with creating that atmosphere.
