Seller reviewKevin Fayad is young, bright and did an excellent job helping us sell our Casement St. house. He gathered all the comps we needed to set the right price for the house, then worked with the buyers' agents to convince the buyers to submit offers above our asking price. He gave us great advice on what level of effort to invest preparing the house for sale, and once the home went on the market, he managed the open house and fielded the offers in a manner that maximized our sale price. I would recommend any friend or neighbor contemplating a home sale to contact Kevin first.

Seller reviewKevin used his expert knowledge to fineness the buyer and his agent into submitting their best offer. He always responds to emails and phone calls quickly with pertinent information. He frequently called with updates on where we were in the sale and timeline to close. In my opinion he went the extra mile to make sure I got top dollar for my house.
