Seller reviewKimberly Orr was a joy working with making the sale of our Trust Home as stress free as anyone could hope. Her friendly and professional manner made working with Kim a pleasure. Kim even assisted us with clearing the house. Physically helping getting furniture and belongings out of a house whose deceased 97 year old widow had lived in for over 50 years. Since this was a house in a Trust and with a Reverse Mortgage Kim understood how important and sensitive it was in dealing with this sale. Buyer reviewKim is an unbelievable agent. She is knowledgeable of ALL areas of San Diego, she never pushed us towards certain communities just because she wasn't interested in certain areas. She listened to what we wanted and helped us be very competitive in today's market. She had our best interest and worked hard to make sure we were not blindsided. She has also taken the time and has not disappeared after we purchase of our home. (A time I feel is even more scary then purchasing and closing). We loved Kim and she will be our agent when we are ready to buy more properties! I would and will refer her to anybody! Team Kim!
