I wanted someone I trusted and I know Pat is trustworthy. Pat's attention to detail is second to known. She had her own list of things that she noticed and I appreciated that she took the time to look into the details. Regarding the contracts and closing, she was on top of it and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. When our lender was dragging their heels, Pat ensured that she stayed connected with them and got them back on track so our closing wasn't too delayed. Pat is extremely professional in her dealings with all involved in the transaction. It's hard not to rate her high in every category because she truly excels. I would gladly recommend her to everyone I know and when I need Realtor needs, she'll be my first call!
