Buyer reviewWe have closed 5 properties in San Clemente with Randy Marshall and will continue to use him for all of our real estate transactions in San Clemente. I have used other brokers and they did not display the level of expertise we needed in purchasing investment properties. The other brokers came across more of a weekend warrior type of broker, not a professional investment real estate broker. Randy has the required expertise and knowledge of the location, condition of the property, desirability (renters), financing options and programs (i.e. bank financing,1031 forward & reverse exchanges), and suggestions for potential property improvements. If we decide to add additional property to our San Clemente property portfolio, Randy Marshall will be the first choice for our broker.
