Buyer reviewIt is our immense pleasure to recommend Robert Ayub to anyone looking to find their dream home! We were comfortable in our 1 bedroom condo, but after the birth of our son, we knew we needed a larger home with a yard. He not only helped us with the sale of our condo, but helped us find the perfect home for our growing family! Robert always took our specific needs and budgetary restrictions into consideration when looking at properties and never wasted our time with houses that were out of our price range or in an area that we weren't interested in. We found Robert to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only clients, although we know that was not the case. He would drive back after showings in Temecula to come show us properties in Chula Vista at the drop of a hat. He returned all phone calls and text messages the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is incredibly positive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He won't treat you like just another client - he will treat you like family. Robert is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to buy another property, he will be our first and only choice.

This was demonstrated throughout the purchase process. His experience and knowledge saved so much time. He knew what to lookout for, where to go, and asked all the right questions. I would highly recommend Robert Ayub for the purchase of a home. And in the future, for any houses I may need to sell. He made the experience of purchasing a home fun and exciting!
