Seller reviewThe sale of a long-time-owned family home always entails concerns about how it will be markets, to what target audience, whether to make repairs or sell as-is. Prior to our first meeting, Sandy Smelik and her team had done a significant amount of research on the La Playa/Point Loma area and the types and prices of homes sold in the last 6 months. Her insight and observations were of tremendous help to property price and effectively market the home. She tirelessly worked with vendors to dispose of unwanted personal contents, coordinate an estate sale and then donate all that remained. This was most appreciated as I live in Seattle, Washington and needed so much help on site. Her communication via email, text and phone calls were regular, professional and updated me on all new developments from pre-listing, reviewing purchase offers and the escrow process. It was through her efforts that Century 21 listed the property, secured very qualified buyer and closed escrow at $10% above asking price within 30 days. In all my years of selling home, I can say without hesitation that Sandy Smelik exhibited the best qualities of a real estate agent.
