Once I spoke with Erin Del Sasso, I had a connection with him in a way that I wasn't going to look elsewhere for another agent. I was confident that he would do everything that was needed to make our home search a great experience. Erin went above and beyond our expectations, even know we were living in California looking for a home in Punta Gorda. We did not seek out the agency. We were looking at houses on the internet and Erin responded to a house inquiry. I explained our search and Erin sent us homes to look at that met our specifications and he was responsive to remove those homes that we were not interested in and that we felt were cluttering our search. We had been working with another realtor when we were in the area on vacation, she did not send us homes that we were interested in. When the home we bought came back on the market I chose Erin because of his responsiveness. As attentive to our desires he is, he is also methodical and calm and that helped us in our purchase from afar. We chose him without meeting him. It was a great decision.
