Seller reviewSue Rueckel is a Realtor extraordinaire, and one of the best we have ever had. . She made the selling process go so smoothly and uneventful. She explained very clearly what the expectations were - what she was going to do, how she was going to accomplish it ...ie the photographer, our role in preparing the condo etc. She even made a visit to our condo before the photographer arrived to ensure that we were ready. Whenever we ran into a little snag, she seems to have numerous resources up her sleeve and always knew someone who could help us, in a very timely and efficient manner, which is so vital, especially for us 'Snowbirds'. Sue showed me different areas based on listening to what we needed as a family. I have learned so much from Sue about houses, land, canals, wells and septics, trees, flowers (native and non) and so many other aspects of the Florida market and area. Sue is a wonderful person.
