Blake was very knowledgeable and helpful, which made the buying process easy. Blake sent daily emails with listings in our price range until we found the perfect home. Blake was willing to drive the extra 30 mins as the home was outside of Sheridan. He set multiple appointments with the sellers broker for us to view home and made sure we were satisfied with the final price and included property. He worked well with our bank of choice and was very responsive to questions or concerns we had. I will refer Blake business any chance I get.
