Seller reviewI was anxious about some aspects of the sale, but dealing with a professional and knowledgeable realtor such as Joe, helped put my mind at ease. He was excellent about setting limits when needed and alway communicated immediately when there were new developments in the sales process.. What I also appreciated was that he did not pretend to offer advise in areas outside his realm of expertise/licensure. I have generally had a negative feeling about realtors, having dealt with pushy, self-important, "very elegant" realtors who sell property in my Noe Valley neighborhood and who have no regard for blocking driveways, taking down part of fence when it suits their needs. However, Joe was different in that he was down to earth, very respectful, and communication was easy. Most important, he completed a sale with a good offer, within only a few weeks.
