Seller reviewWe adore Nicole. She has worked so hard for us over the last year, and we are eternally grateful. The hardest part was definitely finding us our dream home. She worked around the clock, was highly communicative and professional, extremely punctual, and just great at what she does. We always knew of listings the second they were made available to Nicole, and we are positive we would never have gotten our dream home with any other realtor. Not only is she a great realtor, but she's also part of the community and helped us with information on the schools and neighborhoods we were moving into, and provided resources for other things we would need when moving (like childcare). When it came to selling our house she priced it competitively, was available for all open houses (we didn't even need to do additional showings because of the amount of people who came to the open houses), and was able to sell it under a week from when it was listed. We have already happily recommended her to others!
