Buyer reviewAnastasiya answered my first call without even knowing who I was. We chatted a bit about likes/dislikes and she set up a time to meet us over the following weekend. Anastasiya spent the better part of a day with us showing us all types of properties, providing pluses/minuses of each and providing us a ton of information about the area and things to consider when looking. She quickly developed a feel of what we liked and what we didn't. She would then send us properties that were coming up for sale. Anastasiya was excellent conducting FaceTime walk throughs with us and pointing items out we may not have seen over FaceTime. Anastasiya was great through the offer and negotiating process with the Seller---and all the way through the closing process. We always felt Anastasiya had our back through every step of the process and put a lot of trust in her. We will and already have referred a few people to Anastasiya. We strongly recommend Anastasiya.

Buyer reviewWe met Anastasiya this summer while we were vacationing in Myrtle beach. She showed us several properties in Barefoot and understood what we were looking for. She toured our condo and paid attention to the things she knew we would like or dislike. We put an offer in on the condo (without us actually seeing it) because we trusted her opinion. She has great communication and knows barefoot resort extremely well. We were able to close on the condo and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend her and now consider her a friend!!

Her professionalism, knowledge, desire to understand and meet our needs, and her constant communication were excellent. She quickly dialed in on our requirements and was laser-focused on them, not wasting our time showing us units that didn't meet what we wanted. Being from out of town, and not knowing the state or county or Barefoot Resort laws, she was a wealth of information on all kinds of topics that have been helpful to us. She made it very easy for us to find the condo that met our requirements and to close without a hitch!
