Seller reviewMichael Tavik was very resourceful, attentive and knowledgeable. Michael helped us sell our original property and buy our new property. Both transactions went very smooth. He was in contact with us along the way which was important due to our primary resident being out of town. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Her knowledge of the areas surrounding NMB was very helpful in choosing my property. She helped me all the way thru including closing and afterwards. I would absolutely use Angie as an agent again.

Buyer reviewThis is the third time we have worked with Angie Tavik, twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Every experience has been above expectations. Purchasing and/or selling a condo from 1100 miles away can be daunting but Angie made it easy. She wasn't just a realtor, she became the middle man for finding inspectors, locksmiths, electricians, etc and on the way became a trusted friend. It was obvious she really wanted us to find the home of our dreams. We can't thank her enough.

In addition, he was very resourceful re: other vendors needed (inspections, insurance, etc). I highly recommend him and would use him again should I ever move.
