In 1956 my Dad & Mom packed the 2 small boys on the Long Island Rail Road and told them they were going to the beach. Our first train trip ended in Bayport, there a flyer about a new development called Bayport Gardens was posted at the Bayport Station. While my brother and I played in the Great South Bay our parents purchased a 2 bedroom Cape for 11,500. The real estate market has changed since that summer in 1956, however the charm and tranquility of the South Shore has not. Experience, Integrity, Remarkable Service and Commitment are what I bring to your real estate experience.
