My boyfriend and I chose Dean as our realtor to purchase our first home. Dean was recommended to us by a family member, and the recommendation was well deserved. We could not have been happier with Dean's work. He was attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Dean took care of every last detail for us and we did not worry that anything would slip through the cracks. We were first time home buyers and Dean made that easy and understandable for us. Dean was professional but also always personable. He communicated in a timely and accessible manner and always was available to answer our questions and concerns. Even after our sale was finalized and we had been living in our house, Dean was still available for us as questions came up and got back to us just as quickly as he did when we were clients. We absolutely would (and did) recommend Dean to any of our friends and family members who are in need of a realtor. His services were excellent and we will absolutely be going with a Dean in the future when it comes time for us to move again.

Dean suggested a proper and informative plan to sell property. He listened to my comments and suggested a very honest but not pushy sale strategy. He followed through very well with communication between seller and buyer to close the deal. I have and will recommend him and Agency in the future.
