Buyer reviewAfter Aaron got an idea of the type of house I was looking for, we then viewed different properties fitting my interests. He paid a lot of attention to the details, pointing out potential issues with certain properties and how it could be negotiated. When negotiating the price and terms of the purchase, he was very insightful in pointing out trends for the homes recently sold within the area. Never felt pressured to over offer. Overall, the process was great and better than my first home buying experience. Once I was under contract, the process to closing with Aaron was smooth without any issues or roadblocks.
