?Golnaz definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really isn't enough to give it to her. We found Golnaz online, her excellence is really solid and consistent. When we started our search, we reached out online to about 10 agents, she responded to our query in 20 minutes, and ever since , we did not speak to anyone else. As home buyers (apartment for my daughter for her college) , we really couldn't be happier that we found Golnaz. Following are the things that I think Golnaz has been consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person's level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn't do it on purpose. It's just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldn't recall the specific questions that I've asked Golnaz but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from her. Her expertise and timely response makes her really reliable.considering this an apartment for my daughter, who is going away from home for the 1st time, We were more than anxious 2. Timely communication ? Golnaz has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my SMS, emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It's not just about the deliver on time; it's the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. Buyer reviewI have worked with a few real estate agents in the past, but none of them were as good as Goly!!! Her attention to detail and knowing exactly what we were looking for was important because we were from out of state and short on time. Her knowledge of the area and of the contractors we will need to upgrade the property are outstanding. Her knowledge of the listings and her ability to advise us on price points was critical. When we sell this property in the future, no one but Golnaz Apgar will get the listing.
