Buyer reviewI am so grateful to Madeline for her guidance through this process, especially in such a complicated real estate climate! I had only been to Texas for a few days of my life before heading down to buy a house. I knew nothing. Which is why it was so valuable to me that Madeline knew everything. She knew the local laws and habits on real estate transaction, which neighborhoods I'd be seriously interested in after I described some things I was looking for, what to look for on an inspection, etc. She was also extremely well connected and knew good people for the inspections and also for a short-notice estimate around the 4th on July weekend when we needed to figure out a fair way to handle an improperly-completed repair. Madeline has really been going above and beyond the call of duty to look in on things leading up to and even after closing since I won't be moving down for a couple more weeks. I am so grateful for all of her hard work and patience and expertise throughout this whole process.
