I was so impressed with Brenda. She was great in every conceivable way. She really went above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better experience in purchasing a home. She is THE best !!! I will recommend her to anyone looking to work with a realtor, whether buying or selling. I can't say enough good things about her and the entire process.

Brenda Fricks exceeded our expectations throughout the entire selling process and was incredible through every stage of selling our property. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to sell our property. We felt like we were constantly "ahead of the curve" in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Brenda's thoroughness and dedication. We searched for quite a while for someone that understood our needs and was knowledgeable in the area. After reading Brenda Fricks' reviews and speaking with her over the phone, we knew she was the right realtor for us. We had previously worked with another agent (in a different area) who was unresponsive and very apathetic. After learning about Brenda, we were a little gun shy (but hopeful) that she would be the realtor we needed - and boy, was she ever! We came in to town with only a day to search for our home, and Brenda hit the ground running! She brought snacks and drinks, had all the detailed printouts (and pens and clipboards) for every home we visited, knew about the builders in the communities, and was cheerful and friendly the entire time. Within just a few minutes she was able to put us at ease and make us feel seen, heard, and valued not just as buyers, but as people. When we returned home and subsequently decided to make an offer on a house she'd shown us, she kept in constant contact with us as we worked through what ended up being a bidding war. When we didn't get the house, she assured us that she wouldn't quit until she'd helped us find the right home. Within days we'd found another one but couldn't come down to see it, so Brenda went the very next day, took photos which she sent us and, based on her recommendation, we made an offer which was accepted. When we were able to come down to actually see the house, Brenda had also arranged for a pest control company and a home inspector so meet us there. Both people were excellent, and based on their inspections we proceeded with the purchase of the house. With Brenda's help, were also able to close quickly and move in right away. Every step of the way, Brenda went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier with her service. For anyone out there looking for a realtor, we highly, HIGHLY recommend Brenda Fricks. Century 21 Beggins obviously does things right. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very customer-centered. More than that, the excellent training they give to their agents is clearly evidenced by the 5 star service we received from their representative, Brenda Fricks. From start to finish, Brenda Fricks was absolutely amazing! During our initial phone conversation, she listened to our needs and knew exactly where to take us when we came in from out of state. Her expertise was invaluable as she carefully explained the pros and cons of each home we toured with her. She knows the entire area extremely well, which we really appreciated as we were unfamiliar with it. She advised us on things to consider and always kept our needs in mind. She also held our hands through the process of submitting an offer, handling documents, and finalizing the purchase. As I've previously stated, Brenda Fricks is a gem. Other realtors should take a lesson from her!

I have known Brenda for a long time, as we are both members of the Apollo Beach Woman's Club. I have a lot of trust in Brenda and knew that she was also very knowledgable and would be very helpful to us. This sale was between me and my granddaughter; none of the above played a role. We wanted to do the purchase correctly and knew we needed to have a real estate broker to help us. Brenda was great to work with The sal was between my granddaughter and me; None of the above items were needed. Very professional and knowedgable and very nice.
