Working with Brenda was an awesome experience from start to finish. As soon as she recieved my file, she went to work right away. She had my wife & I come in to get a feel for what we wanted, & was able to formulate a plan of attack immediately. She was very knowledgeable, and knew all the areas to look and avoid when looking for our home. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the VA home loan processes, and knew exactly what to look for in regards to what will or will not get approved for VA Lending. She scheduled all our appointments extremely quick, and had properties lined up for us in a very timely manner. She utilized both of our time very well, and worked through the entire process extra efficiently, and was very helpful with offering advice and educating myself and my wife throughout the entire home purchasing experience as this was our first home. I will start this review with a short phrase "when the studen is ready the teacher will appear " after a few tries with other Realtors or Agents we was kind upset first because we don't speak good English we couldn't comunicate well with some of then others just seem to be too bussy... well we met this awesome woman Brenda Ruiz since day one when we talk to her we noticed she was the person that we need she speak both languages perfect ,she asked us a lot of questions about what kind a house we was looking for what area neighborhood etcetera. The day to see our first home came we fall in love with the second one that we saw but unfortunately someone placed amd offer right before us and here is when things started getting close between Realtor and buyers she spoke to us like a Mom does she said no worries we will find the right one i'm here to help you through this... we saw lots of houses sometimes raining lightning other days hot as heck she always was there on time asking questions do you like it? If not we keep looking guys this will be your home for ever make sure you like the neighborhood. We finally found the place that seems to be the one that we have been looking for still going thru the process but everything is working out thanks to the man above thanks to Brenda Ruiz and everyone who has been there for us.
