Seller reviewEileen's professionalism and knowledge of the market (a crazy current unpredictable market) was superb and key in the house hunting and the house selling. And then on the other hand she fully and truly understood our situation of needing a place where to take care of an elderly relative, and sell this relatives house, thus a WIN WIN of our business and heart. Eileen was our agent to find a house for us where to live with an elderly relative. I was very impressed with her from Day 1. She took into very close consideration all our needs to BUY a house. And since we needed to then SELL the house we were moving out of, I without hesitance, asked Eileen that we would like her to be our agent to sell our property (once we found a house). That is how we chose and why we chose Eileen, and would choose here again without hesitance. Always prompt with calls and emails and anything and everything during both processes. 10 gold stars. I owned a Mortgage Brokerage business for 12 years and witnessed first hand the entire spectrum of Realtor performance from unsatisfactory to excellent. Eileen exceeded all my expectations and demonstrated the true definition of customer service. The house sold in less than 24 hours for $15,000 above asking price and had multiple offers. Buyer reviewWe were referred by I believe it was realtor.com as we initially didn't want to work with a realtor and we're in a FSBO situation and didn't really need one. After realizing that home needed more work than we wanted to deal with we decided we'd need to search the market and have a knowledgeable realtor by our side! We had been referred another realtor and after seeing one home with him I continued the search in finding a more suitable person for us. Eileen Mason was perfect! She's not stiff, she's personable and friendly. Eileen stayed on top of our desires and provided us with choices as soon as they hit the market and was readily available to view them with us within hours or 1 day! Thankfully we made it through several situations that were stacked against us and came out the other side and closed on our home! I would definitely work with Eileen again and I have mentioned her name several times already to friends and family. I just don't see how I could choose someone else!
