My name is Erica Beltrano! My interest in real estate started at a very young age, buying my first apartment building at the age of 19. I have always been passionate about shopping for Real Estate and turned a hobby into a career!
Down-to-earth and relaxed, I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bishop's University in Canada. I decided to study psychology because I always thrived for an understanding of people's minds since I worked with the public my entire life. At 24, I open my first restaurant and I now own a beautiful little Italian restaurant here in Florida, in beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Why Italian? I am Italian! I was born and raised in Quebec, the French part of Canada, but my parents are from Calabria, in the south of Italy. All my background gives me the privilege of speaking many languages ... French, Italian, English and I can get my way around Spanish, too!
