I love living in Florida with a lifestyle that includes great beaches, professional sports teams, beautiful views and year round activities.
I am based out of Sun City and also serve the areas of Apollo Beach, Ruskin and Riverview. My husband is retired military and the owner of CapSynch, LLC. We are life members of the local VFW in Ruskin and have been USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) members for over 30 years. Together we have three children and 2 grandchildren. One of our sons is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
I've always loved the dream of homeownership and understand buying or selling a home is most likely one of the biggest commitments most of us will make in our lifetime.
I obtained my B.S. and M.S from the University of Maryland. I also have an Executive Certificate in Home Modification from the University of Southern California, Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and am designated as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Each year I enjoy doing the Bank of America Stair climb in Tampa for the American Lung Association and my association with Sixteen Hands Horse Sanctuary in Ona, FL. I'm also affiliated with: Japanese American Veterans Association (JAVA), PPALM, EOD Wounded Warriors Scholarship Program and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.

Seller reviewMae was very professional from the start. She was honest and did her homework about the value and potential listing price of our home. She scheduled 3 different open houses and got a lot of traffic through. We sold our home in only a few weeks. Our closing date was post pines due to hurricane Ian, and Mae was on top of everything and communicating with the buyer's agent and loan officer. I would highly recommend Mae to anyone with total confidence, and would have used her to buy our house now if she wasn't 6 hours away. She is outstanding!

I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know and I'm not the kind of person who usually gives recommendations l If Mae is a overall indication of your company you have a great company. Mae sold my house quickly and got me a great sales price. Since I was already in the process of packing she brought in things to help stage the house and make it look nice. She made a flyer showing all the nice qualities of the house to entice buyers and held a open house quickly which brought in a buyer quickly. She is helping me with a purchase of a new place to live and she took me out many times to find something to suit my needs. She always said if she wouldn't want to live there she wouldn't want me to live there. I can't begin to say enough good things about Mae Nakamoto!!
