I am a native Floridian who has moved from the Orlando area to the north end of Longboat key. I went to the University of Florida and am an avid Gator fan! I fell in love with Longboat after my wife's sister showed me the area.I am also active in Longboat Key Turtle Watch, being a permitted volunteer, I protect nesting sea turtles on Longboat Key. I have had a rental property in Longboat and know the value of investment properties on the key. The beaches are the most beautiful of any that are in Florida. The sunsets will amaze you! The fact that we have the bay on one side and the beach on the other makes this the perfect place for vacationing or boating. If this is something you are interested in, I would love to show you the key from North to South.

Steve is a resident of the community where my property was and had been the closing broker of a recently sold condo. Plus, he was recommended by the President of the owners assoc. I briefly considered another broker with ties to the community but Steve's presentation was much better. Because of my very positive experience with Steve Howard in parting with my long owned property, I will recommend him to anyone seeking a reference.

He knew exactly what we needed/wanted, and did everything in his power to make it happen within a handful of days. He negotiated very well, which is very hard to do in a seller's market!!
