Seller reviewI chose Chris Ward as the listing agent for my home because of his knowledge of the immediate area where my house is located and his friendliness. I decided if he was this friendly with me, he would be the same with a prospective buyer. but maintained his professionalism. He had extra work to do because I live 100 miles away and I had two houses for sale which had to be divided for the sale. The houses were old, the information was incomplete because of the age of the houses but he took one thing at a time to get the sales complete.
