We began the process of relocating to Lake Charles, LA from Charleston, SC in February 2022 with a realtor used by our family for a decade and became frustrated. We drove by a home, saw the CENTURY 21 Bessette Realty, Inc sign and left a voicemail on a Saturday. Thinking I would not get a callback until Monday, we continued our day. Within 30 minutes, Devin Smith returned my call and had a viewing set! After seeing the home in person we decided it would not fit our need.
