"Hello, welcome to the Oregon Coast! As a 5 th generation local, I grew up on a small family-owned century farm on the outskirts of North Bend. I have spent the last few years working with Century 21 Best Realty INC in Coos Bay. Before I became a Realtor, I worked as a Table Games Dealer at the Mill Casino Hotel and RV Park. I love to travel! I am happy to cover all of Coos County and surrounding areas. In my spare time you can find me lounging at one of our beautiful rivers, lakes, or working in my garden. She also became the Buyer's agent which created additional headaches for her. Through it all she kept her eye on my end goal which was to sell and close on the property as soon as possible.

Seller reviewI selected Chelsea Kahler as my agent even though she was about an hour and a half away. She came over without hesitation, we did a thorough walk through of the home and agreed on a good listing price. Chelsea from day one took total control and did all of the week. She made all interaction very easy and worry free. Although the market is not at its best right now she did everything she could to make the sale happoen. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is very professional and on top of things. What made Chelsea stand out the most is her communication and ability to make all communication and paper work as simple as possible especially being so far away.

The house had issues and we had multiple people pulling our leg that were not serious buyers. Chelsea dealt with each situation very calmly and efficiently. I greatly appreciate her effort to kept me calm. We finally found a serious buyer and it which made us both very happy! I sure hope the buyer is happy too. She got a great deal and I got to move closer to my son. I would definitely recommend Chelsea to anyone, she is wonderful, easy going and I couldn't find a better realtor anywhere.
