It took 2 years to find a property we really liked because of low inventory and we were house hunting from another state. Debra hung in there the entire time and never gave up on us. That is great service Was excellent/invaluable when it came to presenting an offer, working with the seller's realtor, and then getting the final adjusted offer accepted by a seller with little interest in negotiating.
