She was able to find the right contractors to help get the property ready for sale at a great price and great timing. We live in California so it required Julianne to manage all the improvements. She was wise enough to have someone help in that process and it worked out great. She was dead on with the fair value of the home and sold it within 3 weeks.

And there were many! She was patient, polite and knowledgeable. Julianne did a fantastic job. She sold our mother's home in time to meet the contingency. She was always available, worked late, brought in closing a week early. We are extremely happy with her results.
