Buyer reviewMy real estate purchase was only a simple building lot, but Jay Carpenter treated me like I was buying a million-dollar home. I felt that he listened, responded to my questions and concerns quickly, treated me respectfully, and went the extra mile to make sure my eventual purchase had the best possible outcome. He dug in and did his research, which I especially appreciated. He did this all without making me feel pressured, and he gave me his full support when I made my final decision. I wholeheartedly recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the area.

Seller reviewWe trust Jay's advice and knowledge which is why we've listed and sold two homes with him. With so many options out there these days many people tried to convince us to avoid the agent commissions and handle it ourselves, but there was never a doubt in our minds that we were not going to use Jay and Chase again. Selling your home can be a stressful process and it's critical to have someone you trust speaking on your behalf. They always come up with fair market values and in both of our sales they were spot on with their comparables and what we sold/appraised for. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Seller reviewMy husband and I came from outside the state and feel we were lucky to have been referred to Jay and his son, Chase, by a friend. Jay and Chase Carpenter worked together on the initial purchase and subsequent sale of our house on Lakeside in Coeur d'Alene - both times we were on the receiving end of a real team effort. They were quite knowledgeable about the Coeur d'Alene market and Chase was really helpful in setting the listing price. They're personable and easy to work with - Jay even lent us his pressure washer to clean the deck! You can tell they have your best interests in mind. Certain aspects of the sale were tricky due to the requests of the buyer so Jay and Chase were pivotal in negotiating those for us and protecting our interests. Our house sold quickly and Chase is now keeping us posted on listings as we search for a new home - we're very excited to be continuing to work with them.
