Due to sudden interest rate changes, we had accelerated our home-search and Joe carved out the time we needed to show us a large number of homes in a short period of time. When we expanded our search outside of our preferred area, Joe did his research to provide us with information on the neighborhoods to help inform our decisions. On top of neighborhood insights, Joe showed up to each of our house showings with the background on each of the homes and was quickly able to answer our endless list of questions from furnace replacement costs to comp sales and guidance on ensuring we put our best offer forward. Because of Joe's expertise and time, we had an offer accepted under asking and with an accelerated close.
