I was born and raised in Spokane Washington and find joy in exposing others to all of the great things this town has to offer. I couldn't wait to get out and see the world once I graduated from Shadle Park High School. Travelling the globe, I learned that Spokane was the place where I wanted to settle down. While working my first job as a pipe fitter here, I learned what it is to work and work hard. This ethic has followed me throughout my entire career and has served myself and others well. One of my favorite jobs was working on a ranch in Montana whose sole purpose was to provide a life-long home for adults with special needs. This experience was one of the most fulfilling of my life and taught me the true meaning of service and the value of relationships. Eventually I settled in Spokane and am happily married to the love of my life. My passion is recreating in the wilderness with friends and family and, of course, the dog. Most of the time you can find me in my backyard gardening, playing lawn games or practicing my chipping and putting skills. My journey eventually led me to real estate where I am able combine my knowledge of the area, work ethic, and commitment to service which my clients appreciate most.

Seller reviewJoshua McCray was very helpful and professional on this listing as the Seller was an Estate and the property had been boarded up to keep squatters from entering. Joshua even came to the property before it was listed and spent a couple of hours helping us remove debris from the property. We had to come and remove plywood from the house and garage doors for all the showings and Joshua was present for EVERY showing and stayed until we secured the property again. Joshua was AMAZING.

He is so knowledgeable of the area and the market - he was the best choice for us in all of this and we couldn't have done it without him!

I would highly recommend Joshua Mccray to any potential home buyer and as this is my first home buying experience Josh did everything in his power to guide me through all paper work and processes involved reguardless wether it was his "job" or not. Even after closing there were some issues that came up with a contractor's work nothing to do with Josh and his work but Josh went above and beyond and stuck by my side and offered all the help he could to help resolve the issues.
