Julie Olson is the most detail-oriented and dedicated real estate agent we have ever worked with. She was amazing when we first visited the Coeur D' Alene area in August of 2022. We were looking to understand the city and the surrounding area and she made space in her schedule and set up time to show us around and look at houses that very week. In the time between then and the following Spring, we were still considering the move when a house that she had shown us the previous visit was re-listed. We called her from our vacation in Italy and Julie went to work writing up an offer. She toured the home again and sent us a video so we could be sure that we knew what we were buying. I can honestly say, I would never have considered buying a home of this magnitude, sight unseen, with any other realtor. Julie was so diligent and careful to communicate every detail to us that we felt comfortable enough to submit an offer and ultimately, negotiate the purchase from our vacation abroad. Julie repeatedly went above and beyond to be sure that we were fully aware of each step of the buying process. She sent reminders for every item that needed our attention as soon as it hit our inbox to be sure that nothing was overlooked. She was supportive of our negotiations and represented us well with the seller's agent. Julie made herself available to meet the inspector and then talked over each of the items that were identified through that process. She followed up on the agreed-upon repairs and completed the final inspection for us when we couldn't be there ourselves. Julie kept in touch with us to track the progress with the title company, seeing us through to the finish line, and then when the purchase was complete, she even helped us get our utilities established and met the delivery company for our furniture! When we finally arrived to see our new home, as if she hadn't done enough, she had a welcome package waiting for us. This woman is a professional and just plain cares for her clients. We feel so fortunate that we had Julie on our team and will be recommending her to everyone we can.

Julie spent over one year looking for and at houses for us. She took many videos and photos of all the properties we were interested in. Julie was very direct, honest, and empathetic. She has a passion for real estate and making sure the buyer finds the "right" house. We are so happy we got the house we wanted, in the area we wanted, at a fair and reasonable price.
