Kenneth Parks is a Spokane native and a lifelong resident. Kenny graduated from University High School in Spokane Valley. Upon graduation, he pursued film and acting locally; working with Nike Imoru at North by Northwest Productions, and has appeared in film and television. A large part of what he focused on was casting, and for three seasons he assisted in casting for the Syfy zombie series, Z-Nation, which was shot and produced locally here in Spokane. A change of focus lead Kenny to work in healthcare, and for the past couple of years, he worked locally here in Spokane directly with patients. Ultimately, his drive and passion led him to pursue his dream of working in real estate, and much time was spent studying and preparing to make this a reality. In his free time, Kenny enjoys CrossFit, working out, hiking, camping at Lake Sullivan, traveling to the Washington Coast, and visiting our National Parks (Bryce Canyon was a favorite!). The addition of two golden retriever puppies also occupies much time, and he loves taking them on his adventures too! During experience in film and nursing found how much he loves to serve others which led him to a career in real estate. With a passion for service in the Spokane area, Kenny Parks is ready to help you with your home buying and selling needs. Buyer reviewKenny Parks was truely a blessing to us with our home buying experience. He went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. When we asked to see a house here and there, we expected maybe the next day for him to go see it. It was every time Kenny went out the same day or in a few hours and we got great video walk throughs. When we found our dream home hit the market, same day we strategized how to put down an offer after he went to see it same day. We have had 2 other relators in different states before moving here, and they were no where near what Kenny did for us. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and was our advocate with talking to the sellers on some details. He always texted back right away even if it was in the evening to answer any questions. We can not recommend Kenny high enough to others.

Buyer reviewKenny is one of our friendly neighbors in the community where we live. I met him while walking my dog, and he was always wonderful to talk to. I had previously told him we were thinking about relocating because of medical issues of climbing the stairs in our house. We were not ready for a realtor at that time - just scoping the market out to where we were thinking about what area we wanted to live. Then all of a sudden, a house came on the market near where our three children live. We did a drive by, and on the way home stopped at Kenny's home to tell him about the house we were interested in seeing. He was super on-the-ball, super happy to help us, and got us in quickly to see the house. It was the house we wanted, and Kenny helped us all the way through to the final signing. Kenny is very knowledgeable about the realty market, picked the best home inspector ever, is super gracious to work with, plus any questions we had, he answered very quickly. He is the vey best!!!
